"Individuals feel comfortable with structure and structure provides a consistent place for communications, business and relationships to flourish. Out-of- date processes cause miscommunications,
conflict and create
obstacles that can
cause any business or
relationship to come to a grinding halt."

DEEP ROOTS, SUSTAINABLE GROWTH™

Introduction

My name is Bryan Hudson and I serve as a:

  • consultant
  • process designer
  • human resource facilitator and trainer
  • staff coach or mentor
  • conflict resolution specialist

to businesses, nonprofits, and organizations.

Mission

To help businesses, nonprofits, organizations or educational institutions:

  • provide a more cohesive workplace
  • establish  and promote growth and creativity
  • develop a workplace environment that has sustainable integrity based leadership practices and mentoring
  • create processes that establish institutional history (to lessen the 'recreating the wheel' cycle)

And how do I accomplish the mission?
Businesses and organizations can sometimes lose their focus. This can happen because of unexpected growth, changes in the services rendered, ongoing internal or external conflict, organizational shifts and the list goes on and on. There may or may not be a conscious awareness that this is happening until a crisis occurs. Or until management is in a constant state of putting out fires. During this time employees can become disillusioned management overwhelmed with the juggling of shifting budgets and priorities. Out of necessity top-level management or boards may end up making decisions that are short-term solutions for long-term challenges, so the cycle continually repeats itself. Usually there is an environment of confusion, tension and anxiety that can lead to despondency and perhaps even the attitude that it is not possible to change.

In these situations, I help you act in ways that support healthy and sustainable change.

Each situation is unique and I do not take a cookie cutter approach. That's why it is important to discuss your current challenges and look at which approach would best meet your needs and current financial situation.

Take a look at my pages for more details.
